As the Maid of Honor you are the hostess for the bridal shower and therefore you are responsible for giving out a party favor. Bridal shower favors a fun memento of the occasion.

If the bridal shower has a theme you will want your favor to fit the theme. If there is no theme you can try to come up with something that is appropriate and will be appreciated by everyone.

As a great favor for a bridal shower you can give out photo CDs which include photos of the bride growing up which is set to music. Other great fit ideas can be jars of candy, custom written poems, bath oils and so forth.

As Maid of Honor, you will make your guests happy by not giving potpourri. Most people have drawers full of the stuff or it is thrown away. Unless you know the Bride and/or her guests love the stuff - stay away from it!

The favors you give at the bridal shower do not have to be overly expensive and can actually be homemade. Some of the nicest favors can be created at home and be a special gift for everyone attending.
